All session bookings (beat making, vocal recording, mixing, mastering, full production, artist development, and consultations) require a deposit paid through Stripe to reserve a date and time. This deposit is credited toward the total cost of your session.
Deposits are non-refundable, except in the one case described below.
If I (the producer) am unable to meet the scheduled session at the agreed time or location for reasons on my end, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule at no additional cost — whichever you prefer.
A 10-minute grace period applies if you're running late to a scheduled session. If you haven't arrived or communicated with me within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session may be treated as a no-show and the deposit is forfeited.
If you know you're going to be late, communicate before the session time — a heads-up keeps the booking active. Unless that communication happens, the deposit is not refundable.
If you need to move your session, reach out as early as possible. Rescheduled sessions may have the original deposit applied to the new date at my discretion. Repeated last-minute reschedules or no-shows may require a new deposit to book again.
Beat leases, the 2 Song Mix Package, and Exclusive Mix & Master deliverables are sold as completed services. Once files have been delivered, the purchase is final. No refunds are issued for delivered digital work, including if you simply change your mind about a beat or finished mix after receiving the files.
If something feels off about a charge, reach out directly first — Puratcy@gmail.com or (803) 904-4222 — so it can be sorted out. Filing a card dispute or chargeback without contacting me first may result in being barred from future bookings and services.

These terms apply to anyone booking a session, leasing a beat, or purchasing a mixing/mastering package through this site, operated by Tre, an independent mobile music producer based in Columbia, SC.
Custom beat production, beat leases, mobile vocal recording, mixing, mastering, full production, and artist development consultation, as described on this site.
Sessions require a deposit paid via Stripe to reserve a date. Remaining balances are due at or after the session per the pricing agreed at booking. Pricing shown on this site may change at any time for new bookings, but is locked in once your deposit is paid.
Services are creative and technical in nature. I don't guarantee specific outcomes — chart placement, virality, sync placement, label interest, or streaming numbers — as a result of any service purchased.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking, including for content that's illegal, hateful, or otherwise harmful, with any applicable deposit handled per the Refund Policy.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability for any claim related to a service purchased through this site is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. I'm not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of these services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

When you fill out a booking or submission form on this site, I collect what you enter directly — name, email, phone number, project details, notes, and any files you upload for a mix or master.
This information is used only to schedule, deliver, and communicate with you about the service you requested. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
All payments are processed directly by Stripe. This site never sees or stores your card information — Stripe handles that according to its own privacy and security practices.
Stems, references, and other files you upload for mixing or mastering are used only to complete the requested work, and are kept only as long as needed to deliver your project. Ask anytime and they'll be deleted.
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
These services aren't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Leasing a beat for $100 grants you a non-exclusive license to use that beat for one (1) release — a single, mixtape track, or video — across streaming platforms and social media, and to monetize the resulting recording.
Want full exclusive rights to a beat? Reach out directly — exclusive agreements are handled separately and aren't covered under the standard $100 lease.
Once a mixing or mastering project is paid in full, you receive the final files and may use them freely for release. I retain the right to use the finished work — including short clips — for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.
